Master Charly's Orkney Adventure 2024
27.05.2024 This year Master, Missus Morgan and I are off to Orkney. Apparently it is just off the top of Scotland, so we will be driving there in the Missus's car. Its more economical than masters! We are going at the end of June, so not long to wait now. This is a map on the Orkney Isles There seems to be a lot of Islands. The particular interest this year is, its the final year of the dig at the Ness Of Brodgar. Archaeologists have been digging at this site for twenty years. Its findings cover very early human habitation in the area, so Missus is very excited to be going to see it, she likes things like that. I do too. She says there are daily guided tours of the site.
